Chocolate Kahlua Bundt Cake
Ingredient
- 1 chocolate cake mix (do not get the one with pudding in the mix)
- 1 small (4 serving) chocolate instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 pint container (160z) of sour cream (will only be using 3/4 of this)
- 3/4 cup of oil (you can reduce this by replacing some of it with applesauce)
- 1/2 cup kahlua (if you want less, reduce oil and add sour cream)
- 8-12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Mix all the liquid stuff first (eggs, sour cream, oil, and kahlua). Then add cake mix and pudding mix; make sure you get it all wet before turning on the mixer to avoid chocolate cloud. After completely mixing, add the chocolate chips.
- If making muffin/cupcake instead, use a scoop to put them in the liners in the muffin pan. They will puff up, but after they cool, they will go down. Follow the timing according to what the cake mix say but add 5 minutes to make it less moist. Temp should be 350.
- If making bundt cake, grease and flour the pan first. Cook the mixture for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degree.
